The subject of the contract includes the purchase of a specialist and operational light vehicle for the Pszów TSO. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (Table 1) is attached as Annex 9 to the ToR. The terms and the manner of the contract performance are specified in the Model Contract, constituting Annex 6 to the ToR.

1. The subject of the contract includes the purchase of a specialist and operational light car for the TSO Pszów, Pszów (44-370), ul. Pawła Skwary 6a, with the following minimum requirements of the Ordering Party:

1) Brand new vehicle - year of manufacture: 2018 or 2019.

2) The vehicle must meet the requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, including the requirements for priority vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20.6.1997 "Road Traffic Law" (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1990 of as amended) together with implementing provisions to the Act. The vehicle should meet all the requirements of the regulations allowing it to move outside of Poland. On the day of actual acceptance, a proper certificate of technical tests carried out for special vehicles should be presented.

3) The permissible total weight of the car may not exceed 3 500 kg.

4) Adapted to transport 9 people (with a driver).

5) A compression-ignition engine with a minimum power of 110 kW.

6) Gearbox synchronized manually.

7) Warranty min. 24 months.

8) Car equipped with in:

a) Two-way radios,

b) power generator,

c) Rescue tent.
