The subject of the contract is a service consisting in collecting and managing municipal waste from the owners of residential and uninhabited real estate located in the Gorlice Commune in 2023, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Gorlice Commune and organizing a Stationary Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in Gorlice and ensuring the provision of waste reception services and their management from the date of commencement of the performance of the contract. Services in the field of collection and reception of municipal waste and their management will be provided to owners of inhabited and uninhabited real estate from the gorlice commune - in accordance with the Resolution of the Gorlice Commune Council on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners from the Gorlice commune and managing this waste.

1. The scope of the subject of the contract includes:

1) collection of mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste code 20 03 01 accumulated in bags, containers or containers in single-family areas and in work establishments, commercial and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as in the streets, squares and cemeteries;

2) collection of the following types of waste collected selectively:

a. Paper waste including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard (code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01),

b. Glass waste, including packaging waste from glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),

c. Metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-plant packaging waste (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 20 01 40) collected together (in containers and bags intended for collection plastics),

d. biowaste constituting municipal waste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01).

2. The estimated amount of tonnes of municipal waste collected and received at PSZOK during the contract execution period in the Commune will amount to approx. 3 425.75 Mg (including 1 990.00 Mg of waste with code 20 03 01; 750.00 Mg of paper and cardboard waste, glass, plastics, multi-material packaging and metal, 220.00 Mg of bio-waste; 390.00 Mg of bulky waste; and 75.75 Mg of other waste).

3. Waste shall be collected:

a) from residents of approx. 4 990 single-family buildings,

b) from approx. 197 commercial outlets together with companies and institutions,

c) from approx. 80 pieces of street baskets,

d) from approx. 10 containers with a capacity of 10 m3 owned by the Ordering Party intended for the collection of waste with code 20 03 01 and from about 18 pcs. containers with a capacity of 7 m3 intended for the collection of separately collected paper waste including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste, glass waste including glass packaging waste, metal waste including metal packaging waste, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste.

The collection will cover the entire municipality and all municipal waste producers.
