The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity to facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract. The electricity demand in the period from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2024 is: 1 558 684 kWh (basic order).

The subject of this contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity (purchase of active energy together with a distribution service) to facilities listed in Annex 1 to the SWZ – description of the subject of the contract. The electricity demand in the period from 01.10.2023 to 31.12.2024 is: 1 558 684 kWh (basic order). 2. The detailed scope of the contract is specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ, in accordance with the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997. Other conditions regarding the execution of the contract are set out in the Draft provisions of the electricity sale agreement – Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. Comprehensive supply of electricity will take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law, the Act of 8 December 2017 on the capacity market and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to these acts, in particular with the customer service quality standards set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 5 January 2022 amending the Regulation on the detailed rules for shaping and calculating tariffs, and settlements in electricity trading and the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 11 November 2020 amending the Regulation on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system. The above provisions concern the method of calculation, settlements and quality parameters of the supplied electricity. 4. The reserve seller is: Enea S.A. 5. The requirements (obligations) for the Contractor are described in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority shall grant the Contractor selected in the proceedings a power of attorney to: 1) notify the relevant Distribution System Operator about the conclusion of a comprehensive electricity agreement and about the planned date of commencement of electricity sales, 2) submit a statement on termination of the existing comprehensive agreement for electricity consumption points included in Annex 1 to the agreement and new consumption points, 3) represent the Ordering Party in contacts with the existing Electricity Seller or Distribution System Operator in matters related to the process of changing the Seller applies to the consumption points listed in Annex 1 to the agreement (Annex 1 to the SWZ), 4) representing the Ordering Party in contacts with the Distribution System Operator in matters related to the process of notification to the Seller for new electricity consumption points, for which the Ordering Party received from the DSO the number of the contract for the provision of energy distribution services Electrical. 6. Existing comprehensive/electricity sales agreements with existing electricity sellers for electricity consumption points included in Annex 1 SWZ are concluded for a definite period, and a detailed description for each of the PPE points can be found in the column called "Contract term / notice period". 7. Appendix 1 of the SWZ provides information on current parameters (tariff group/contractual capacities) that may be subject to change during the term of the electricity contract.
