The district of Altötting intends to conclude a service contract within the framework of an open procedure. The object of the contract is the collection of residual waste from the residual waste containers provided and collection of bulky waste on demand in the district of Altötting, transport to the treatment plant as well as the implementation of the container change service and the container procurement.

The client intends to award the following services:

• Collection of residual waste from the residual waste containers provided:

The contractor (contractor) empties the properly provided containers at the roadside into his vehicles in accordance with the specifications of the service description or the waste management statutes of the client (AG). Residual garbage bags must also be taken along. For the removal, the binding collection calendars and tour plans must be observed. Removal calendar and route plan are to be created by the Contractor. A change of the tour of the current calendar year is generally not possible, therefore the tour plan of the previous AN must be taken over for 2023 from the start of performance.

• Collection of bulky waste on demand:

The contractor takes the provided combustible bulky waste in the amount of a normal household quantity (max. 5 – 6 m³) into his vehicle. Bulky waste is provided by the citizen in front of or on the property facing the street. Every household connected to the residual waste collection can use the bulky waste collection on demand twice a year. The request for collection is made by bulky waste card directly at the contractor.

• Transport to the treatment plant:

The contractor transports the collected residual waste and bulky waste with his vehicles on his own responsibility for further treatment to the MHKW Burgkirchen a. d. Alz, Bruck 110 and unloads them there professionally. The requirements for the vehicles can be found in the specifications.

• Container change service and container procurement:

The Contractor shall carry out the change service (replacement of defective containers / removal of unused containers or provision of additional containers / reposition / changes of container size / collection when a property is closed). Containers in sizes 60 l, 80 l, 120 l and 240 l are to be supplied.

The Contractor shall provide the competent personnel required for the performance of the service.

During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall maintain a branch or permanent establishment in the district of Altötting or in an adjacent corporation.
