The subject of the contract is the performance of a service in the field of reclamation of degraded green areas in regions C, D, E, J, K, L, M, N Wrocław with a total area of not more than 2000.00 m², owned by the Municipality of Wrocław, managed by Wrocławskie Mieszkania Sp. z o.o.

The detailed scope of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the contract (Annex to the SWZ).

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services in the field of reclamation of degraded green areas in regions C, D, E, J, K, L, M, N Wrocławia with a total area of not more than 2000.00 m², being the property of the Municipality of Wrocław, managed by Wrocławskie Mieszkania Sp. z o.o., consisting in:

1) execution of works on the basis of the concept / guidelines / project of the Contracting Authority,

2) carrying out works in accordance with the Ordinance of the Mayor of Wrocław No. 1217/19 on the protection of trees and development of green areas and ensuring dendrological supervision over the works performed by persons with the qualifications indicated in the ordinance;

3) before commencing works – leveling and cleaning the selected area by removing debris, degraded soil layer, residual waste, unnecessary vegetation indicated by the Ordering Party (including cutting brush), or other undesirable elements;

4) fertilizing the necessary layer of fertile land;

5) setting up a lawn or microclover, in accordance with Annex 5 to this Agreement,

6) planting shrubs, creepers, perennials, hedges, trees, in accordance with the design assumptions / guidelines and lining 10 cm layer of bark and wood chips throughout the entire area of the order;

7) delivery and installation of a grid with a height of 180 cm and a minimum width of 60 cm for vines on the indicated walls/places;

8) making a fence made of wood and jute rope (wooden stakes with a diameter of 8-10 cm, turned, vacuum impregnated in natural color [not dyed] with a total height of 100 cm dug into the ground 50 cm with a hole for a rope at a height of 35 cm from the ground level [hole diameter adapted to the thickness of the rope]; stakes mounted in the spacing from 1 m to 1.5 m; jute rope in natural color with a diameter of 18-22 mm) in accordance with applicable regulations;

9) maintenance of the reclaimed area in order to maintain the vitality of sowing and planting (i.e. m.in. by regular watering of planted plants, lawn or microclover, mowing, weeding, fertilization, replenishment, pruning, replacement of damaged or dead plants), starting from the date of work confirmed by the acceptance protocol, including:

a) watering in the non-vegetative period (October-February) – at least 1 time per month, in the remaining growing season (March-September) – at least 1 time per week,

b) mowing lawns – 4 times during the care period,

c) mowing microclover – 1 time during the care period,

d) weeding – at least 3 times during the care period,

e) fertilization – 2 times during the care period.

The subject of the contract is described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ. The detailed scope of the subject of the contract and the obligations of the parties are specified in the draft provisions of the contract.
