Barts is putting in place a contract agreement with Place Group Ltd to provide a range of facilities management solutions, principally works and including services, products and support including catering, cleaning, security, grounds maintenance, mechanical and electrical engineering services. Place Group Ltd will be expected to manage, deliver, maintain and integrate competing sub-contractors to ensure choice, best value and seamless inter-operability in each category.

The procurement process was as a direct award under the Everything FM Framework to the sole supplier on that Framework, Place Group Limited.
