The subject of the contract is the supervision over the execution of Works and management of the Contract entitled: Extension of national road No. 94 on the section in Olkusz.

Supervising the execution of Works and managing the Contract entitled: "Extension of national road No. 94 on the section in Olkusz."

The service shall, in particular, include:

-verification of the Contractor's Documents,

-management, investor's supervision and control over the execution of works until the date of issue of the Final Payment Certificate,

-conducting information and promotional activities related to the implementation of the project and cooperation in this respect with GDDKiA services,

- fulfillment of the obligations arising from the procedures contained in the existing EU-co-financed investment requirements/guidelines and the procedures of the beneficiary of the Projects for the POIA,

- providing investor's supervision services over the implementation of construction works and participation in warranty inspections and supervising the removal of possible defects / defects found in warranty inspections, under the concluded Contract,

- supporting the Ordering Party as a loyal and conscientious advisor in all activities related to the implementation of the Project,

- supervising works in the scope of additional tasks necessary to perform the Project, arising during the implementation of the Contract - granted on the basis of the Public Procurement Law,

- constant monitoring, conducting and settling matters related to the proper performance by individual Contractors of the Contractor's documents and construction works at the interface of adjacent Contracts and close cooperation

with the Consultant's Teams supervising neighbouring investments - as a result of which the Consultant will be obliged to work out the rules and manner of proper execution of the Contractor's documents and construction works. If necessary, the Leading Consultant conducting the coordination at the interface of the Projects will be appointed by the Contracting Authority.
