the contract concerns the performance of the services of the maintenance and preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, doors, grids and automatic barriers, equipping the assets of the DPH of Drancy and its condominiums, as well as repair, compliance and improvement work of the devices, remunerated on BPU. The holder will be responsible for the proper functioning and maintenance of the level of safety resulting from the application of the regulatory texts of the equipment.the performance of maintenance services will be remunerated by application of an annual flat-rate global price. The one-off services will be remunerated by application, to the quantities actually executed, of the prices of the Unit Price Schedule.
