The subject of the contract is the provision of services between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023 in the range of:
- receipt and development of municipal waste created on the territory of inhabited real estate and property on which there are cottages and other recreational and leisure properties located in the area of the municipality of Goleszów,
- receipt and use of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Community Waste Collection Point (abbreviated PSZOK),
- decommissioning wild dumps and organising ecological actions involving the disposal of waste from sites not intended for storage or storage, in particular waste dumped on municipal roads, public places and property owned Goleszów Municipalities.
The subject of the contract is the provision of services between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023 in the range of:
1. the collection and development of municipal waste arising in the territory of inhabited real estate and real estate on which there are cottages and other real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes located in the area of the municipality of Goleszów.
2. the receipt and management of municipal waste from the municipal Selective Community Waste Collection Point (abbreviated PSZOK);
3. Decommissioning wild dumps and organising ecological actions involving the disposal of waste from sites not intended for storage or storage, in particular waste dumped on municipal roads, in public places and on property owned Municipality Goleszów.The area of the commune Goleszów is - 6589 hectares. Indicative total length of municipal and county roads in the municipality of Goleszów - approx. 172 km.
The Contractor shall, prior to the preparation of the offer, be obliged to familiarize himself with the formation of the territory of the municipality of Goleszów and shall obtain all the information necessary for the fair preparation of the offer, taking into account in particular the mountainous nature of the site on which some inhabited property. In addition, the Contractor shall be obliged to adapt the rolling stock to existing off-road conditions, i.e. dirt roads, restricted load-bearing roads, narrow roads and tree-lined and woodland.
The number of people submitted to the municipal waste management system has been oscillating in recent years in the area of 11,500 people, of which there are approximately 95% of people for single-family development and only about 5% of multi-scale buildings.
Total number of single-family buildings - 3,920 pcs.
Including the number of cottages and properties used for recreational and leisure purposes - 145 pcs.

The estimated annual amount of municipal waste collected from inhabited properties located within the Goleszów Municipality, including the annual collection of large-sized waste from before the property, is shown in the table below. As part of the large-sized waste collection, waste electrical and electronic equipment, tires and chemicals were picked up. We believe that the data from 2020 and the period from 1 July 2020 to 30.06.2021 contained in Table 1 are the most close to the current realities and therefore it is accepted that between 2022-2023 the average annual waste will be around 4000 Mg.
