The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity for the Łęczna Commune Purchasing Group.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity to the Ordering Party's electricity consumption points on the terms set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (consolidated text) Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Energy Law" and in implementing acts issued on its basis, with specific quality standards. Electricity quality standards are described in the Energy Law, in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 22 March 2023 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 819), in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 29 November 2022 on the method of shaping and calculating tariffs and the method of settlements in electricity trading (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended).

2. The estimated total amount of electricity to be supplied during the term of the Agreement is 6019.970 MWh.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract as well as the requirements and rules for the performance of the contract are specified in the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the SWZ together with the list of electricity consumption points constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
