The subject of this contract is: Performance of transport services in the field of passenger transport on bus lines in day and night public transport and on the telephone "Transport on demand" in the area of the Ordering Party's operation and the provision of services resulting from the performance of the contract. A detailed description of the order is described in Annex 6 to SWZ - Description of the order.

1. The subject of the contract is the performance of transport services for the transport of persons on bus lines in daytime and night public transport and on the telephone “Transport on demand” in the area of operation of the Contracting Authority and the provision of services resulting from the implementation of the contract.

2. The Contracting Authority contracts and the Contractor shall carry out passenger services on daytime, night bus lines and on-demand transport in accordance with the timetable during its period and provide services resulting from the performance of those tasks.

3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to amend:

- in timetables (liquidation of lines, launch of new lines, changes in line numbering, changes in the route of the line and any changes in line parameters);

- ordering additional transport work resulting from the service of mass events, or increased passenger transport, m.in during All Saints' Day, etc.;

- organization of substitute communication in connection with investment, road and track works;

- commissioning the reserve with support to secure communications in the area of operation of the Contracting Authority;

- the allocation of the Contractor's rolling stock in accordance with the demand.

4. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to make changes to the functioning of transport on demand by:

- its commissioning or liquidation,

- the extension and change of the operating formula in terms of: days and hours of operation, area of operation and relationships,

- changes to the route of the line through individual streets and the possibility of introducing fixed courses in its area of operation.

5. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option in the provision of "Transport on Demand" services on the terms set out in the proposed provisions of the contract constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.
