In the scope of performance of the Subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to deliver 3 pieces of electric mini buses to the headquarters of Miejskie Zakład Komunikacji sp. z o. o., at 8 Chemiczne Street in Zielona Góra, unless the Ordering Party indicates to the Contractor another place in the city of Zielona Góra no later than one day before the planned acceptance. undertakes to conduct Service and Utility Training in accordance with the provisions of Part III of SWZ – OPZ,

The Contractor undertakes to adapt the Buses to the charging systems indicated by the Ordering Party. The Contractor undertakes to cooperate with the charger supplier indicated by the Ordering Party in order for the proper operation of charging systems and Buses.
