The Amsterdam University of the Arts (hereinafter referred to as: AHK) intends to tender the maintenance of the electrical and mechanical installations of all buildings in a performance-based manner and to award it to one contractor. The aim of the new tender is to select a partner who feels responsible for the installations to be maintained and thus ensures minimal disruption to the primary process of the users and thereby increases internal customer satisfaction. In addition, as a 'good manager', the new partner will keep the quality of the E&W installations at the required level, ensure that they comply with current legislation and regulations and ensure proper asset administration.
