The purpose of the procurement is the acquisition of different licenses. The procurement is divided into parts, part 1 of which covers the purchase of licences and the lease of Part 2 licences.

The framework contract concluded on the basis of the procurement extends to all legal entities empowered to organise the procurement of RIK (joint vendors listed on the list of joint vendors) and to purchasers through voluntary central procurement.
