1. The subject of the contract is: 1.1.Collection and management of mixed municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Szubin Commune is estimated in the amount of approx. 11360 Mg; 1.2.Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from the owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Szubin Commune is estimated at approx. 6315 Mg;1.3.Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from PSZOK, from owners of real estate where residents live, located in the city of Szubin, is estimated at approx. 3424 Mg
1. The object of the order is:
1.1. Collection and management of mixed municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Szubin Commune is estimated in the amount of approx. 11360 Mg;
1.2. Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from owners of real estate where residents live, located in the Szubin Commune is estimated at approx. 6315 Mg;
1.3. Collection and management of segregated municipal waste from PSZOK, from the owners of real estate where residents live, located in the city of Szubin, is estimated at approx. 3424 Mg
1.4.The Contractor is obliged to manage municipal waste collected from the area of the municipality and the city of Szubin in municipal installations, in accordance with the document entitled: "Waste management plan of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship" and in accordance with the hierarchy of waste management methods referred to in the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, as amended) Municipal waste collected from property owners, where residents from the Szubin Commune live, the Contractor will be obliged to develop in accordance with the provisions of the currently applicable Resolution of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Regional Assembly regarding the "Waste Management Plan of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship", the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, the Act on waste and the Protection Law.
1.5. The services being the subject of the contract should be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract and the draft provisions of the contract have been specified in the SWZ and made available on the https://platformazakupowa.pl/transakcja/783704 website
1.6.The requirements related to the performance of the contract in the scope of employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment relationship of persons performing activities indicated by the Contracting Authority in the field of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended) include the following types of activities:
a. Driving vehicles used for the collection and transport of municipal waste (drivers);
b. The operation of vehicles used for the collection and transport of municipal waste in the field of emptying containers (cleaners);
c. administrative (office) services, including: invoicing, working time settlement, issuing waste transfer cards, BDO database service;
