this market is of the PFI type (Services - package - profit-sharing). The P2 services, defined in article 3.1 of the CCTP, namely: The services of qualified labor and the assumption of the small supplies necessary for the driving, monitoring, maintenance and small troubleshooting of all the technical equipment described in Annex 1 (non-exhaustive list). P3 benefits, defined in Article 4.3 of the CCTP, namely: replacement, repairs and immediate or preventive renewal of equipment that is defective or at risk of being defective; P5 services, defined in Article 5 of the CCTP, namely: All types of work for the creation, modification or deletion of installations (heating, production or storage of domestic hot water and air conditioning or cooling) that do not fall within the P2 and P3 type services. In addition, any replacement of equipment with the same function will therefore imperatively be integrated into the P3 type services.
