Trondheim municipality hereby invites tenders to a tender contest for a framework agreement for building automation, field equipment and associated services.

Trondheim municipality currently has around 190 properties with SD systems. Some of these systems are older and are relatively outdated. There are three different manufacturers at the SD level, wherein the suppliers were partners in framework agreements in recent years. In addition, a system has been maintained to service the buildings that operate using this system. The structure is organised so that servers are located in a technical network within Trondheim municipality's intranet (TK-net). These servers receive, process and communicate data from auxiliary control systems located in the buildings to clients included in the TK-net.

A framework agreement shall be signed with three tenderers.

The new framework agreement will apply from 01.01.2024 and until 31.12.2025.

Option: 1+1+1 year.
