the consultation initiated aims at the conclusion of a framework agreement, as regulated by Articles R2162-1 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code (CPC).

The purpose of the Single Successful Framework Agreement is to carry out partial project management and related services.

It was passed for the needs of the design and realization of the urban requalification of the Diderot wasteland.

The main place of performance of the services is located rue Diderot / Rue Van Gogh in ARRAS (62 000).

The framework agreement will be implemented partly through the issuance of purchase orders and partly through the conclusion of subsequent contracts. Purchase orders will be issued and subsequent contracts will be concluded upon the occurrence of the identified requirement(s), and not according to a pre-established schedule.

The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum amount but with a maximum amount of 500,000 eurosht

the following missions will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders: Operational design missions (heading A of the Bpu/Dqe), - complementary missions (heading B and E of the Bpu/Dqe).

The following missions will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts: Operational design missions (heading C of the Bpu/Dqe) and Operational missions of implementation (heading D of the Bpu/Dqe)
