1. The subject of the contract is the comprehensive purchase of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the Memorial Baptism of Polish Hospital in Gniezno.

2. The estimated demand for electricity for individual tariff groups during the contract performance period has been specified in the List of electricity consumption points constituting Appendix No. 2a to the Terms of Reference, based on electricity consumption in 2023 and is only indicative, used to compare contractors' offers. The Contracting Authority stipulates that it does not constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the specified quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Contracting Authority for failure to consume the expected amount of energy. The Contracting Authority has made payment for the actual amounts of energy consumed.
