The authority invites applications from architect-led design teams by way of a single procurement procedure for principle service providers comprising:

(i) architect as team-leader;

(ii) structural engineering;

(iii) mechanical and electrical (M&E) building services engineering;

(iv) quantity surveying; and

(v) PSDP for 2 separate project lots.

This lot comprises the extensive refurbishment and extension of existing Block (L) to accommodate facilities for the Faculty of Engineering and Design YAADA Department (Yeats Academy of Arts Design and Architecture). The existing building is predominantly single storey of 1 520 m2 with refurbishment involving full element replacement to at least current Building Regulations energy standards and the proposed extension(s) will be approx. 1 050 m2.

This lot comprises masterplan extension (E01) consisting of a 4-storey extension to Block (B) together with partial refurbishment of the existing building. The proposed extension will be circa 3 800 m2 with refurbishment involving approximately 750 m2.
