The provider should deliver all components from a single source, integrate the technical logic of FEDRO into the VL-CH system, integrate the existing system landscape, put the VL-CH system into operation and maintain it in the long term, develop it further and continuously adapt it to the needs of FEDRO. Two locally independent VM systems are to be connected to the system. The provider is to develop a detailed concept for the integration of the VL-CH system into the ASTRA environment as well as the procedure for connecting the 2 VM system systems (Prove of Concept). He should also develop an integration concept for the integration and introduction of the 2 existing VM system systems. The tasks include developing an interface specification as a standard for the future connection of all VM systems on the national highways.
