The object of the contract is the contracting of sports services, management and coordination, administration and reception and customer service and comprehensive maintenance of the facilities of the sports complex "Can Xaubet" and the concierge service, maintenance and cleaning of the municipal sports facilities of Pineda de Mar on weekends and holidays, with the requirements and services specified in the technical specifications.

The object of the contract is the contracting of sports services, management and coordination, administration and reception and customer service and comprehensive maintenance of the facilities of the sports complex "Can Xaubet" and the concierge service, maintenance and cleaning of the municipal sports facilities of Pineda de Mar on weekends and holidays, with the requirements and services specified in the technical specifications.

The provision of these services affects:

- The following sports and complementary facilities of the "Can Xaubet" sports complex:

a) Indoor pool, fitness room, outdoor training area (Patio) and guided activity rooms

(b) Sports hall (multipurpose triple room)

c) Football camp

d) Complementary non-sports spaces

- The weekend concierge service of the municipal sports facilities, as follows:

a) Francesc "Nino" Buscató Sports Pavilion

b) Pinemar Sports Court

c) Can Feliu de Manola Football Camp

- The weekend concierge service of sports spaces and schools with regime

of "open runways" and "open patios", as follows:

a) Carme Sports Court

b) Bellamar Sports Court

c) Sports Court Catalan Countries

(d) Aloc School

e) Sant Jordi School

(f) Antoni Doltra School
