This contract concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with one contractor, for the duration of 48 months, for the preparation of the descriptive soil investigation in the event of PFAS contamination for the various barracks, located in the scope of the Flemish Brabant West Relief Zone.

This is a non-exclusive framework contract without any purchase obligation. Consequently, the procurer is free to order elsewhere or not to place an order during the term of the agreement. The contractor cannot claim compensation for this.
