In-house services to strengthen the primary care of disability and chronic illness of the Diversity Policy service within the Government Personnel Agency.

The subject of this assignment relates to the procurement of route guidance capacity and

-expertise in support of the primary care of disability and chronic illness of the Diversity policy department. This service will be provided in close collaboration with the handicap supporter of the Diversity Policy service, whereby, in consultation, support questions from staff with a handicap or chronic illness will be included independently.
