The open procedure is aimed at the conclusion of framework agreements, pursuant to art. 154 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, without reopening the competitive comparison, of works relating to the construction of district heating networks in the territories of the Metropolitan City of Bologna, the province of Ferrara and the province of Forlì-Cesena. The contract is divided into 4 lots.

Lot 1 - Framework agreement with an economic operator, pursuant to art. 154 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment, without reopening the competitive comparison, pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 6, of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment, without reopening the competitive comparison, of the works for the construction of district heating networks related to the intervention called "Renovation of the Cogen-Barca network and extension Lazzaretto". The interventions, not financed by PNRR, are developed mainly, but not exclusively, in the territory of the Municipality of Bologna.

Lot 2 - Framework agreement with an economic operator, pursuant to art. 154 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment, without reopening the competitive comparison, of the works for the construction of district heating networks related to the intervention called "Upgrading of the Geothermal Source of Ferrara and extension of the Efficient District Heating network". The intervention, financed by PNRR, is mainly developed in the territory of the Municipality of Ferrara

Lot no. 3: Framework agreement with an economic operator, pursuant to art. 154 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment, without reopening the competitive comparison, of the works for the construction of district heating networks related to the intervention called "Extension of the Efficient District Heating system in the northern area of Bologna". The intervention, financed by PNRR, develops mainly and not exclusively in the territory of the Municipality of Bologna.

Lot no. 4: Framework agreement with an economic operator, pursuant to art. 154 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023 and subsequent amendments, for the assignment, without reopening the competitive comparison, of the works for the construction of district heating networks related to the intervention called "Extension of the Efficient District Heating System City of Forlì". The intervention, financed by PNRR, is mainly developed in the territory of the Municipality of Forlì.
