The subject of this contract is the performance of a service consisting in the preparation of complete design, technical and cost estimate documentation, along with obtaining the final decision on the building permit for the task entitled "Construction of the new headquarters of the St. Zygmunt Gorazdowski Special Schools Complex in the Wrocław District – stage 1 construction project". The documentation will be the basis for conducting a tender procedure in accordance with the PPL Act for the construction of a new seat of the ZSS. It will include m.in construction design, executive design, doc. technical (STWIORB) and cost estimate as well as other studies, opinions, arrangements and tests necessary to start construction
The scope of the contract includes the development of complete design, technical and cost estimate documentation for the construction of a public utility building along with the necessary technical infrastructure and land development, obtaining on behalf of the Contracting Authority the final decision on the building permit for the investment task entitled "Construction of the new seat of the St. Zygmunt Gorazdowski Special Schools Complex in the Wrocław Poviat – stage I construction project. All terms and abbreviations used in the OPZ are defined in the Agreement. The indicated subject of the contract will be used by the Contracting Authority to achieve the main objective, which is the implementation of the Investment consisting in the construction of a new headquarters of the Special Schools Complex (currently based in Wierzbice) together with a sports hall, land development and the necessary accompanying infrastructure. Documentation for the above-mentioned Investment should be made in accordance with the principles of design, engineering knowledge, applicable law, technical standards, using the best practices, technologies and functional solutions in the field of designing modern, intelligent, low-emission, energy-efficient educational and sports buildings, friendly to the environment and users, maintaining the standards of sustainable design, and also enabling efficient subsequent Implementation. In addition, the designed elements of the building should be characterized by high durability, i.e. in the case of structures estimated at not less than 100 years, in the case of the main finishing and installation elements for at least 50 years, accompanying elements, secondary elements at least 25 years.
