The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, obtaining and breaking timber and nursery work, to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Gniewkowo in the year 2022.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and conservation, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber and nursery work resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex 3.2 — a list of risks occurring in the territory where the contract is being implemented;

Annex No 3.3 — Schedule for implementation of tasks from forest development in 2022

— carrying out in 2022 services related to the conduct of specialized forest works in all forestry of the Gniewkowo Forest District in the field of seed and selection, agrotechnical melioration, grinding of log residues without mixing with soil, spraying surfaces for renewal tractor sprayer, ahead of soil preparation — forest cutter, fire protection — the operation of duty with equipment for performing fire breaks and carrying out fire safety.
