MATERIAL SCOPE OF WORK – 2023
I. Maintenance and maintenance of green spaces
1. Mowing lawns with a land area of 119 646 m2 - 8 times, with a land area of 76 269.7 m2 - 7 times, with a land area of 262 536.6 m2 - 6 times, with a land area of 32 358 m2 - 4 times, with a land area of 25 149 m2 - 2 times.
2. Each time it is necessary to mow trees, flower beds and municipal facilities so as not to cause their damage, remove mundane tree suckers, cut down from the grass areas at curbs with a length of 5 217 m.
II. Care and protection of trees, shrubs and discount
1. Forming and care cutting of tree crowns with a circumference of up to 50cm – 500 pcs. and above 50cm – 100 pcs.
2. Cutting trees 80 pcs.
3. Milling 20 tree trunks.
4. Watering 450 pieces of trees.
5. Removal of shrubs with a total area of up to 25 m2.
6. Weaving and watering deciduous-coniferous beds - 5,568.5 m2;
7. Weeding, pruning, watering, fertilizing and digging rose beds – 3 350 m2.
8. Weeding, watering perennial and grass beds – 1 805 m2 and periwinkle bed – 350 m2
9. Forming and weeding hedges - 9 373 m2.
III. Plantings of Contractor Material
1. Carrying out the rebate by corridoring, filling the pit with fertile soil, curing with lawn edges, lining the surface with agrocloth, planting plants and draining bark or grit, followed by watering, fertilizing and molding:
1) an area of about 30 m2 using 200 seedlings of perennials and ornamental grasses.
2) an area of about 30 m2 using 200 seedlings of bouquet hydrangeas;
3) an area of about 30 m2 using 200 seedlings of melliferous perennials;
4) 500 pcs. fern seedlings;
5) 250 pcs. seedlings of rose bushes.
2. Planting seedlings in pots and flowerbeds in the amount of: 5 750 pcs. pansies, 5 000 pcs. begonia, 3 500 pcs. periwinkle, 200 pcs. kanna, 5 000 pcs. crocuses, 3 500 pcs. geraniums, 60 pcs. ipomea, 120 sz. surfinii and 4 pcs. foam rose, 124 pcs. grasses and ornamental plants including watering and chaffing. In the substrate should be used horticultural hydrogel, peat substrate, fertilizer.
3. Purchase of nursery material and all gardening materials are the cost of the Contractor.
IV. Plants of Ordering Material
Planting 80 pcs. trees at the age of min. 5 years and 500 pcs. shrubs by filling the bottom with a mixture of fertile soil, planting trees, watering and opalikowania. The contractor provides gardening materials.
V. Decomatment and ticking
1. Mosquito removal and tick removal action in green areas with an area of 20 ha along pedestrian routes on an area of 10 m in both directions from the edge of the path.
2. The preparation used must be authorised.
VI. Orders
1. Cleaning works are carried out from Monday to Saturday each week, and areas with an area of 98 105 m2 also on public holidays. Areas designated for mowing 8 and 6 times should be cleaned daily, and the remaining 1 time per week.
2. Current cleaning is done by manually removing garbage and debris, sweeping, removing weeds and ingrown grass from the paths.
3. The Contractor is obliged to remove tipping, branches and other impurities after windstorms. In one year, up to 15 pcs should be removed. tree tipping.
4. Emptying baskets: 400 pcs. 2x a week, 95 pcs. 3x a week, 73 pcs. 4x a week.
5. Washing of benches and trash cans of 100 pcs
6. Removal of fallen animals from the city area.
7. Elimination of wild landfills - 150 mp of impurities.
8. Constructing double maintenance of the fire belt length 500 m and 10 m wide.
9. In spring and autumn, leaf raking and export – 1 480 mp.
10. Maintaining cleanliness in the market area at Wrocławska Street with an area of 1 651 m2 through daily cleaning, emptying baskets.
11. Maintaining order during the winter action, by shoveling snow and eliminating slipperiness on paths, sidewalks with an area of 59,245 m2. Means to combat slipperiness are provided by the Contractor.
