This contract is a multi-year procurement for standing supplies. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single tenderer for the benefit of the entities identified in point 3 of Title II of this Special Specification. These entities will place orders to the contractor of the framework agreement as they meet their own needs.
This contract is composed of 2 separate lots whose separate allocation is possible.
Lot 1 of this contract relates to the supply and delivery of RICOH original brand consumables exclusively and for the use of RICOH printers.
It includes the following categories of original RICOH products:
Ricoh ink cartridge
Ricoh Toner
Maintenance kit and any other consumables for use with Ricoh printers
Lot 2 of this contract relates to the supply and delivery of:
Small computer equipment and various consumables
Original brand consumables for use with printers of all brands
Refurbished consumables for use with printers of all brands
The items in this lot 2 are divided into 3 separate inventory items and are classified in the following product categories:
Item 1: Small computer equipment and miscellaneous consumables
• Storage media and memory card
• Multimedia hardware and associated USB accessory
• USB device for PC
• Connectivity
• Power supply equipment
• Miscellaneous equipment (not electrizable)
Item 2: Original consumables for use on printers of all brands
• Original ink cartridge (for all brand printers)
• Original toner - (for all brand printers)
• Maintenance kit and other original consumables (for all brands printers)
Item 3: Refurbished consumables for use with printers of all brands
• Remanufactured toner - (for all brand printers)
• Maintenance kit and other refurbished consumables (for all brands printers)
Both lots also deal with warranty and services associated with the acquisition of these items. These related supplies and services are further detailed in Title V on “TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS” of these special specifications.
