Tønsberg municipality would like to use this procurement to enter into a contract for the delivery of

· Translation

· On-site interpretation

· Interpretation services via telephone

· Interpretation services via video

Tønsberg municipality annually purchases interpreting services for, including interpreter and administration fees, NOK 800,000 annually.

An agreement will be signed for 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year extension. The maximum contact duration is therefore 4 years.

The contract will apply to all of the municipality's companies. The companies are free to organise their activities through the agreement or directly on the Norwegian Interpreter Register's interpreter portal (self-contracting).

The procurement is being carried out with a fixed price for the interpreter and an administration fees for the tenderer.
