The offer should be accompanied by the manufacturer's catalog / technical specification of the offered product enabling verification of the offer in terms of compliance with the requirements of the Ordering Party.

No modification by the Manufacturer-Ordering Party, e.g. modification or replacement of any hardware component, the required operating system must be pre-installed at the stage of computer production.

The Ordering Party reserves the right to check the full compliance of the parameters of the offered equipment with the requirements of this SWZ. For this purpose, the Contractor whose bid was rated the highest at the request of the Contracting Authority shall conduct a presentation in this respect at the headquarters of the Contracting entity within 7 days from the date of receipt of the call. Temporary licenses may be provided for the software, fully compatible with those offered. The evaluation of the presentation will be made by the Tender Committee on a meet/does not meet basis. Minutes of the presentation will be drawn up. A positive assessment of the presentation will mean compliance (of the offer) with the content of the SWZ. A non-compliance found during the presentation even in the scope of one parameter to be examined or failure to appear within the prescribed period will result in the rejection of the offer due to its non-compliance with the terms of the contract. A description of the required method of preparing and conducting the presentation will be provided to the contractors together with the call.

1 The portal should be made using the best practices in the field of website building and in accordance with the latest standards and practices set by the W3C (World Wide Web Constrium) m.in.

2 The Portal must be adapted to the WCAG 2.1 standard - compliance with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities.

3 The portal must be adapted to the HTML5 standard - in accordance with the official HTML 5 specification described in The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) documents.

4 Quick access keys - in order to ensure the greatest comfort of using the portal by people who use only the keyboard, keyboard shortcuts will be prepared that will allow you to skip side elements (e.g. sidebar), or those that, due to the function, are on each page and extend the time to reach the right content (e.g. menu).

As part of the selected variant, it will include the preparation of an additional variant in shades of gray and will enable re-layout (different from the proposed) of four freely selected subpages.

10 The portal must meet a number of features that will make it attractive in terms of image and content. It should have a modern and aesthetic appearance, adequate to the subject matter of the Portal (the layout should be consistent with current web-design trends, including references to visual identification systems of Project participants.

a) administration module – the ability to create individual user accounts for specific user groups (individual schools or schools within the commune) taking into account the user's roles – e.g. Student, Teacher

b) e-knowledge module - a tool for collecting and retrieving educational information and materials. The module must be able to be divided into thematic blocks, e.g. school subjects and the possibility of placing educational materials, e.g.; teaching aids, studies, tests, films, etc. The module must have a search engine for finding the content of the module

c) e-test module - a tool for testing knowledge. A module that allows you to define a set of tasks that test skills in various fields (geography, mathematics, biology, Polish language, history, chemistry, physics, computer science). The tests are to consist of single or multiple choice questions. Include additional illustrations in standard graphics, audio or video formats.
