The residential building is located on the site of the "Wiesenburg" and is part of the listed ensemble. It consists of a basement, ground floor, 2 upper floors and a partially converted attic with a total of 8 residential units. It was built in 1895/1896 in masonry construction with a capped ceiling above the basement and wooden beam ceilings above the ground floor, 1st and 2nd floor. The roof truss, which is inclined at 45°, was designed as a purlin roof and was subsequently replaced by a double trough tile covering.
