This assignment includes data collection and reporting of approx. 25 000 web interviews annually for the BEST-project and Norwegian Public Transport.

The organisation that will have the responsibility for best will be changed every other year. Currently, responsibility lies with Helsinki Regional Transport Authority (HSL). Beginning in 2021, AB Storstockholms Lokaltrafik (SL) in Stockholm will be responsible and beginning in 2023 probably Ruter As in Oslo. The contract must hence be transferable to the organisation that at any point in time will have the responsibility for best.

All the deadlines specified in the invitation to tender are given in Finnish time.
