The City of Vantaa is asking for an offer for the purchase of sports and exercise equipment by the City of Vantaa and the City of Kauniainen (also later referred to as the Client). The agreement of the City of Vantaa is used by VTK Kiinteistöt Oy and Vantaan Tilapalvelut Vantti Oy, subsidiaries of the City of Vantaa.

The target of the procurement is indoor sports equipment for schools, small equipment for the gym, outdoor exercise equipment, nets for ball games, racks and paints, padding for sports facilities, equipment and accessories for swimming pools. Three framework contract suppliers are selected for each area.

The City of Vantaa's share of the procurement is approximately EUR 1,620,000 and the City of Kauniainen's share of the procurement is approximately EUR 20,000.

A rough non-binding estimate by contracting entities of the distribution of the share of the value of the procurement by sub-area is as follows:

Section 1: Water sports equipment and toys 5 %

Section 2: Weightlifting and gym training 25%

Section 3: Indoor sports, gymnastics and gym equipment 5%

Section 4: Athletics-related furniture and equipment 10 %

Section 5: Ball sports and ice sports 45%

Section 6: Paints, posts and other accessories 10 %

In accordance with the joint procurement agreement, the City of Vantaa makes a procurement decision and procurement agreements on behalf of the City of Kauniainen.

All values are declared excluding VAT (VAT 0%). The values are not binding on contracting entities.
