The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a framework agreement with a view to establishing future contracts (so-called subsequent contracts) to be awarded concerning:a-preparation phase including execution studiesb-phase of works including:Electrification works (low and high voltage overhead category A and/or underground) namely: reinforcement and restructuring of existing networks, construction of new networks and concealment of networks. Public lighting works (civil engineering, furniture),electronic communications works (civil engineering),the objective of this procedure is to select a maximum of 6 operators who will then be put back into competition when subsequent contracts based on the framework agreement are awarded
