Bicycle plan is a Division in the Investment department at the Urban Development Agency in Oslo municipality. The Division requires an additional construction manager in connection with implementation of scheduled and future projects. The Division is responsible for planning and developing the bicycle path network.

The Awarding Authority shall hire an external construction manager for approx. 2 years with option for 1 year + 1 year prolongation.

The Awarding Authority shall also have option to further prolong the contract with up to 6 months in order to complete initiated assignments.

The requirement is expected to be fairly stable during the contract period. The Awarding Authority requests that the construction manager initiates the work as soon as possible prior to contract signing. Proposed start of work after 01.03.2014 will not be relevant and may result in rejection.
