The purpose of this public European tender is to conclude a framework agreement with one contractor per lot for sewer and sewer cleaning and sewer inspection.

The work includes the annual and planned sewer cleaning and inspection of the municipalities of Rijssen-Holten and Twenterand.

Plot 1 Rijssen-Holten

- cleaning and inspecting free-fall sewer;

- cleaning and inspecting infiltration sewer;

- cleaning divers;

- cleaning of pumping stations;

- cleaning swirls.

Plot 2 Twenterand

- cleaning and inspecting free-fall sewer;

- cleaning and inspecting infiltration sewer;

- cleaning swirls.

The work includes the annual and planned sewer cleaning and inspection of the municipalities of Rijssen-Holten and Twenterand.

The parts described below are placed with the contractor for each partial assignment.

Plot 1 Rijssen-Holten

- cleaning and inspecting free-fall sewer;

- cleaning and inspecting infiltration sewer;

- cleaning divers;

- cleaning of pumping stations;

- cleaning swirls.

The notional quantities included in the specifications are the total expected quantities for the maximum duration of 4 years.

The work is risk-driven (not clustered) assigned in sub-assignments. This can result in partial assignments where a strand of cleaning and/or inspection must be carried out here and there.

Plot 2 Twenterand

- cleaning and inspecting free-fall sewer;

- cleaning and inspecting infiltration sewer;

- cleaning swirls.

The notional quantities included in the specifications are the total expected quantities for the maximum duration of 4 years.

The work is assigned in a clustered manner in the sub-assignments.
