See II.2.4

This contract consists of the supply of sanitary and plumbing equipment for the workers' management of our company, for a period of 12 months. This may be tacitly renewed three times 12 months.

Important notes:

1. A prize will be awarded for each item included in the inventory. For all orders out of inventory, a discount percentage will be included in the offer form.

2. The quantities included in the inventory shall be quantities presumed by the contracting authority for the purposes of the submission and comparison of tenders. They do not in any way constitute minimum quantities within the meaning of Articles 80 and 81 of the EGR. These quantities do not bind the adjudicator who could order upwards or downwards, without the possibility for the tenderer to claim any compensation.

3. The successful tenderer shall not have any exclusive right to this Framework Agreement and any renewals thereto. The contracting authority may, throughout the period of validity of the contract, if he so wishes, place orders for supplies identical or similar to those described in these contract documents to other suppliers. The successful bidder will not be able to assert any right to compensation.

4. It is established that the total amount of orders that may be placed over the duration of the basic contract and of these three possible renewals may not exceed the amount of EUR 500,000 excluding VAT. This amount does not in any way constitute an asset for the successful tenderer.
