Service for conducting, management, routine, extraordinary maintenance and emergency intervention of the heating and air conditioning systems in buildings belonging to the Metropolitan City of Catania.

The contract is financed with budgetary funds, just determines to contract n. 2986 of 13/09/2022, for a total amount of € 3,477,443.46 (excluding VAT) of which:

- based on auction € 3.338.145,73, amount subject to reduction

- security charges € 139,297.73, amount not subject to reduction.

The duration of the contract is 1 years (one), with effect and deadline pursuant to art. 1.4 of the specifications attached to the tender documentation to which we refer in full.
