The contracting authority would like tenders for a system for insulin pump treatment, a system for continual glucose measurements (CGM) and the accompanying consumables for these systems, as well as consumables for existing systems for treating diabetes. The competition will be implemented as a tender procedure with negotiations.

The competition is split into the following sub-tenders: Sub-tender 1: Insulin pump system with CGM, where the system can regulate insulin supply.

— Sub-tender 2: Insulin pump system with CGM,

— Sub-tender 3: Insulin pump system without CGM,

— Sub-tender 4: Patch pump system for insulin,

— Sub-tender 5: Free-standing CGM system,

— Sub-tender 6: Consumables for existing insulin pump and CGM systems.

Tenders can be submitted for one, several or all of the sub-tenders. The same insulin pump system cannot be offered in different sub-tenders, even if the system fulfills the requirements in the requirement specifications in several sub-tenders. This is because the contracting authority wants to ensure a choice between the insulin pump systems in the contract.
