Carpentry work for the extension building with gymnasium of the LVR special school "Kurt Schwitters School" Gräulinger Straße, Düsseldorf.
The extension complements the existing building next to the gymnasium with classrooms and classrooms, some of which are provided for the operation of Open All Day. The construction work is carried out during operation.
The 1st construction phase describes the construction of the new building with gym as solid construction. The existing school building will remain in operation during the construction period and will be completely renovated and partially restructured following the completion and move into the new building in the second construction phase.
The new construction of the first phase includes a gross floor area of approx. 3 408 m
The subject of the services are the scaffolding works of the 1st and 2nd construction phases.
The work includes the entire services for working and protective scaffolding including stairways and mobile scaffolding.
The work will be carried out with a time delay.
