Ikomm needs to establish a framework agreement for products and services in order to deliver a modern and efficient WAN interface to its own customers.

Ikomm envisions a system characterised by:

- A standardised and holistic SDWAN design with interfaces to the public cloud.

- Zero-Touch functionality towards the establishment of new locations

- Automation of changes in established locations

- A comprehensive management and logging tool with MSP functionality for separation of customer data and access.

- Protection of customer traffic (IPS, AntiBot, Antivirus..etc)

The contest to establish the framework agreement is organised as a contest with negotiations. A contract will only be awarded to one tenderer.

The agreement to be used is SSA-R. The call-offs will be based on SSA-K or SSA-B (simple).
