Framework contract for printing and postal services as part of the market space conversion for Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH

Due to the tight schedule and the high coordination effort, the service can only be carried out in the overall package.

The subject of the service is summarized as "printing and postal service" and consists in particular of:

- Printing services for Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH, in particular production of printed products;

- letter printing;

- printing of supplementary sheets;

- printing of envelopes;

- Printing flyers of any kind (including wrapping, folding);

- Special printing (e.g. of defect cards with carbon copies);

- Compliance with the corporate design including the company color (HKS + special color).

Quantities up to 21.12.2022 without obligation:

- 200,000 letters, envelopes, flyers;

- other printed matter as required;

- Postal services for Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH, in particular international / national distribution of letters;

- enveloping;

- IT franking, distribution / dispatch of letters;

- Standard letter (E + 1: 1 working day; working day = Monday to Saturday) as well as dispatch by registered mail (no dialogue post);

- Postage is paid by the recipient upon return;

- Returns management: Undeliverable letters e.g. B. because of "Unknown moved", "Acceptance refused", "Deceased", no mailbox in the house, incorrectly delivered letters and the like. Ä. must be documented and sent to the AG electronically;

- Shipment tracking for all products including provision to the AG.

Quantities up to 31.12.2022 without obligation:

- approx. 90,000 standard letters;

- approx. 110,000 registered letters;

- further shipping as required;

- Coordination of printing and shipping for Netzgesellschaft Düsseldorf mbH, in particular to make SFTP servers available for data exchange.

Reading out fixed exchange signs (letters are delivered in a collective PDF)

Appointment letters are called up and sent weekly by the contractor (data delivery usually takes place on Thursdays, dispatch on Fridays)

Information letters are sent by the Contractor at a specified time (this is usually done twice a year)
