Insurance, related advice, claims management and loss control services for Property, Legal Liability and other General insurance (non-life) risks, as required by Town and Country Housing Group for a period of 2 years (or periods of insurance) commencing 31.10.2015, with the option to extend by up to 3 further years (or periods of insurance).

The Contract may also include Engineering Inspection Services.

The Tender procedure will be conducted using the Open Procedure with reduced time frames due to urgency.
