1. The subject of the contract is the supply of milk and dairy products to the War Studies Academy.
3. The order includes successive delivery of milk and dairy products according to the assortments and in quantities specified in Annex 1A. to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.
4. The Ordering Party guarantees an order at the level of 50% of the gross contract value.
5. The Contractor shall deliver products bearing only marks, attestations and authorisations allowing these products to be marketed;
