The purpose of the brief is the selection of an evaluation agency for the design and Implementation of an evaluation study of a multi country programme in the internal market in Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland on the contribution of the EU dairy sector in a healthy diet from a sustainable food and planet system.

The purpose of the brief is the selection of a an evaluation survey for the design and Implementation of an evaluation study of a multi country programme aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of the Union agricultural sector in the internal market based on its healthy and sustainable characteristics. The programme has been submitted to the EU Commission for co-financing and ruled by EU regulation No 1144/2014 - article 5.

If the programme is selected by the EUC, it will become effective in January 2021.

If it is rejected by the EUC, the project will be cancelled.
