1. Successive supply of all-season diesel oil (meeting the requirements of the applicable standard: (PN-EN 590 + A1: 2017-06) in an amount of up to 820,000 l (in words: eight hundred twenty thousand liters), from 1.1.2019 to 31.12.2019 according to the joint order dictionary No. 09134220-5 to Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne Sp. Z oo in Inowrocław (Employer). Monthly supplies of diesel oil to the Employer's service station will be up to 70,000 liters (say: seventy thousand liters). the volume of one-off delivery delivered to the Employer's warehouse will be 20,000 liters (in words: twenty thousand liters), and the minimum one-time delivery delivered to the Employer's petrol station will be 16,000 liters (in words sixteen thousand liters).

2. Deliveries will be made, depending on the needs, to the petrol stations of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Komunikacyjne Sp. z o. o. in Inowrocław, located in Inowrocław, at ul. Ks. P. Wawrzyniaka 33, between from 7:00 to 14:00 within 24 hours of placing the order. The Purchaser reserves the right to refuse to accept delivery completed outside the hours specified in the previous sentence.

3. The Contractor shall provide with each delivery a diesel oil quality certificate issued by an accredited laboratory.

4. Tank trucks equipped with analog flow meters must be sealed (tank trucks equipped with electronic flow meters need not be sealed.)

5. Acceptance (acceptance) of delivery according to the principles and conditions set out in the contract shall be made by authorized representatives of the Employer and the Contractor, who shall draw up a delivery report in accordance with the template in accordance with Annex 3 to the contract template. The Employer reserves the right to take a sample of diesel fuel from each delivery, before sending diesel fuel to the Employer's tanks for the purpose of analyzing the supplied fuel in a laboratory authorized to carry out such analyzes.

6. The basis for issuing a VAT invoice will be the amounts of diesel oil in accordance with the delivery protocol, while the fuel measurement will be carried out using VEEDER-ROOT devices of type 846361-314 mounted in the Purchaser's tanks, marked with numbers 2 and 4. The quantity will not be compensated for the temperature reference number 15 about C. In the case of mandatory introduction of a general obligation to compensate volume up to temperature 15 about C The Employer shall fulfill this obligation by virtue of law, with the Employer and the Contractor making appropriate changes to this agreement.

7. The selected Contractor will be obliged to provide the Employer with a document confirming the submission of a guarantee deposit to the tax office for taxpayers supplying goods referred to in Art. 105b paragraph 1 of the Act on tax on goods and services,

8. The Awarding Entity does not anticipate submitting partial and variant offers.
