A dynamic procurement system is a procurement method in which, as an economic operator, one can apply for inclusion in the system. This is done by the economic operator applying for approval as a participant in the system. Once an economic operator has been approved as a participant in the system, the participant may make offers on concrete purchases that may be published in the dynamic procurement system. The dynamic procurement system is electronically supported and it is through the electronic platform that participants will subsequently receive notification of concrete purchases in the system.
