The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery to GOŚ ŁAM of polyelectrolyte in the form of an emulsion necessary to carry out the process of thickening excessive sludge on belt thickeners along with the collection at the expense of the Contractor of empty packages after used polyelectrolyte.

The contract shall be subject to the right of option:

The type, circumstances of exercise of the option and the maximum value of the option.

Pursuant to Article 441 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority shall specify the right of option:

(1)type of option:

Purchase and supply of polyelectrolyte in the form of an emulsion for thickening excessive sludge on tape thickeners covered by the right of option.

2) the circumstances of exercising the option:

The contracting authority is entitled to exercise the right of option in whole or in part. Minimum value of deliveries after which the Ordering Party may exercise the option right: PLN 2,300,000.00 net.

(3) the maximum value of the right of option:

Maximum value of deliveries (including the right of option): PLN 4,600,000.00 net.

The description of the subject of the contract should be read together with possible changes in the content of the specification, which are, for example, the result of answers to the Contractors' inquiries.
