1. PART I – property insurance and third party liability insurance

a) Compulsory civil liability insurance of the entity performing medical activity for damage resulting from the provision of health services or unlawful omission to provide health services;

b) voluntary insurance of civil liability for damage caused to a third party as a result of the provision of health services or unlawful abandonment of the provision of health services in connection with the performance of medical activities by the ordering party,

c) Voluntary civil liability insurance for damage caused to a third party in connection with the conducted business and owned property;

d) Property insurance against all risks;

e) Insurance of electronic equipment against all risks;
